What you may and may not do on our platforms and with the software we build.

1. Purpose

Code Trays and PravaasiGo are brands owned and operated by Codetrays IT Private Limited (“Codetrays IT Pvt Ltd”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to localhost:3000, pravaasigo.com, their sub-domains (including client storefronts we host), our client portal and admin systems, mobile apps and related services (together, the “Platforms”).

This policy protects our users, clients, travellers and infrastructure. It applies to the Platforms and to software, websites and storefronts we build or host for clients.

2. You must not

Use the Platforms for anything unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene or harmful, or that violates the IT Rules, 2021.
Upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy, or that you do not have rights to use.
Attempt to access accounts, projects or data that are not yours, probe or scan our systems, or bypass authentication or rate limits.
Introduce malware, run automated scraping, spam the contact or enquiry forms, or overload our servers.
Make fake, speculative or fraudulent travel bookings, or use stolen payment methods.
Ask us to build phishing pages, look-alike sites of other organisations, spyware, or software designed to deceive or harm people.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse or stop a project, cancel bookings and report activity to law-enforcement agencies where required. Report abuse to us.
