Service Delivery Policy
How and when we deliver digital work, and how travel tickets & vouchers are issued.

1. Overview
Code Trays and PravaasiGo are brands owned and operated by Codetrays IT Private Limited (“Codetrays IT Pvt Ltd”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to localhost:3000, pravaasigo.com, their sub-domains (including client storefronts we host), our client portal and admin systems, mobile apps and related services (together, the “Platforms”).
We do not ship physical goods. All Services are delivered digitally, and travel documents are delivered electronically.
2. Delivery of software & marketing work
- Timelines are shown in your account as an instant estimate and confirmed in the fixed quote, broken down into phases (discovery, design, development, QA & launch).
- Progress, updates and approvals are shared in My Account, by email and on review links/staging environments.
- Final deliverables are handed over via your code repository, cloud/hosting account, design files (e.g. Figma) and documentation, after full payment.
- Marketing services are delivered continuously through the retainer period, with monthly reports.
- Delivery dates move if inputs, content, feedback or payments are delayed.
3. PravaasiGo tickets & vouchers
- E-tickets, hotel vouchers and itineraries are sent to your registered email and/or WhatsApp after successful payment and confirmation from the supplier — usually within minutes, and within 24 hours for on-request bookings.
- If a booking cannot be confirmed, you will be informed and the amount refunded in full.
- Please check all details on receipt and inform us immediately of any discrepancy.
